We did it! Our 8th Graders and their families enjoyed the end of their time at OLT. They  celebrate many high school acceptances into a variety of high school’s across the Chicagoland area.

At Our Lady of Tepeyac, we help our 8th grade class prepare for the rigors of high school. We assist each student in finding scholarships. Our middle school teachers led our 8th graders to many successes. Throughout the year we work on polishing skills that we know will be assets in their high school journey.

Our Lady of Tepeyac is more than just a school for 8th grade graduate and salutatorian, Noe Camacho. “It is a second home for many of us. We have been here for more than half of our lifetime. We have grown so much and learned many lessons throughout our years at Tepeyac and it has been an amazing journey that we will carry with us onto the next step of our lives.”

To date, students will attend:

  • Brother Rice High School

  • Our Lady of Tepeyac High School

  • Cristo Rey Jesuit High School

  • St. Lawrence Seminary High School

  • De LaSalle Institute

  • And more on the horizon!

8th Graders are looking forward to celebrating their graduation with friends and family. They also can't wait to change classes in high school. There is so much to look forward to!

Congratulations on all of your hard work, 8th Grade!

We are thrilled to announce that Our Lady of Tepeyac Grade School resurrected the Summer Camp programming this June!

Camps ran from June 13th through July 8th, providing kids in grades 1 through 8 with the opportunity to participate in sports, creative writing, tech time, group games, art projects and weekly field trips.  The camp is staffed by OLT teachers and Tepeyac High School students and funded, in part, by the Big Shoulders Fund.

Over 45 children came to join in the fun from all over the Little Village community.   We are glad to be able to offer this camp once again, not only for Tepeyac students but for families interested in learning more about our school.

Our Lady of Tepeyac Grade School prides itself in preparing its students for high school and beyond. Briana Rosales, Leilani Salgado and Evelyn Ruiz from the Class of 2018 continued their education at Our Lady of Tepeyac High School. The all-girls and small school environment allowed them to become confident and flourish both academically and in extra curricular activities like athletics, National Honor Society and as Student Ambassadors for the school. This past May they graduated and are getting ready for their next adventure this fall. Briana is off to Valparaiso University in Indiana, Leilani begins at National Louis University and Evelyn will attend Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.  We wish them luck as they begin their first year of college!
